Orly P. Tugob is the Founder and President of OPT Training and brings over 25 years of experience in banking, having held senior positions such as Head of Mortgage and Vice President for Trust Banking. His career includes involvement in high-level negotiations for bank mergers, business acquisitions, and loan syndication. As a former mortgage loan officer, portfolio manager, and investment consultant, Orly has gained in-depth knowledge across various business sectors, discovering that continuous human resource training is the key to organizational success.
Orly’s credentials include being a CPA, and recipient of USAID and the Asian Foundation training on Mediation in Business, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution.
As a training facilitator for over 20 years, Orly blends humor, motivational techniques, and ‘edutainment’ to engage his audiences.
